Loan for AHV pensioners

It is often difficult for pensioners to get a loan. At most financial institutions, the loan debt must be paid before the age of 65. We offer loans for pensioners up to 68 years. The minimum pension must be 3000.- per M. and you should be free from debt enforcement.

Yes. Your marriage partner has to give his / her signature with the signature when agreeing on the loan but does not appear as a joint and several debtor in the loan agreement.

Loan without ZEK?

In Switzerland, there is a bank loan without ZEK entry, acc. (KKG) not allowed.

With every credit check, your payment behavior is checked at ZEK. No Swiss credit bank grants a loan for negative entries.

Request your personal statement from the Central Office for Credit Information (ZEK). This is a free service. Check the accuracy of the data and if there are any discrepancies, contact the responsible credit institution to resolve the case.

If your excerpt shows serious codes (eg partial or full losses or collection measures), a loan application has no chance. You would only provoke unnecessary entries, which further worsens your chances of getting a loan.
