Request your personal statement from the Central Office for Credit Information (ZEK). This is a free service. Check the accuracy of the data and if there are any discrepancies, contact the responsible credit institution to resolve the case.
If your excerpt shows serious codes (eg partial or full losses or collection measures), a loan application has no chance. You would only provoke unnecessary entries, which further worsens your chances of getting a loan.
